Can I get a refund on my Groupon voucher?

Items eligible for exchange
GroupOn hope you love your new purchase of Groupon goods. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may be able to exchange it. You can exchange your item for another option from the same offer if:
1.     The offer is still available.
2.     The small print on the deal page says "Free Returns".
3.     You initiate your exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Initiating Your Exchange
A.         Go to My Groups and select Show Details for the business you want to exchange.
B.         Select Exchange Package on the left to begin the process.
C.         Let GroupOn know why you want to exchange your item.
D.        Use the drop-down lists to select a replacement item from the same offer.
E.         Review the order information, review the terms and conditions, and agree to them.
F.         Select Request Exchange to start the process.

Shipping and billing information
Once you initiate your exchange, Groupon will refund your original order and apply the refund credit toward your new purchase. If your new item costs more than your original item, the difference will be charged to your original form of payment. If it costs less, we’ll add Groupon Bucks to your account to cover the difference, which you can use for any future purchases.

GroupOn will ship your new order at the same speed as your original order––in most cases; it will arrive within 7–12 business days. Groupon will also take care of shipping costs. How to contact Groupon live chat & Groupon cancel team for instant help.

Unless otherwise indicated, you’ll need to make sure we receive your original item no more than 30 days after you initiate your exchange to avoid being charged again for the full price of that item. Learn how to complete the exchange process here.

Exchange Limitations
You can exchange your item for any size, color, or model that’s still available on the deal page. Items aren’t eligible for exchange if:
1.      They’re marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
2.      The deal is no longer available for purchase.
3.      You do not see "Exchange Package" on your order details page.
4.      The item is sold by a third-party merchant. You can find this information in the Fine Print.
